Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. Insurance
Our fees are based on the care, skill and judgment necessary to provide optimal care. You will be given a consultation explaining the costs and time involved for your treatment and we will assist you with financial arrangements if they are needed. We offer many ways for you to plan your treatment. All major credit cards are accepted as well as personal checks. We also accept most traditional insurance plans, however we do not participate in any Health Management Organizations. We will be happy to file any insurance to companies that permit out of network claims.
